Nick and Alex Graziano are co-owners of ACASA Northern Colorado. As a team, they provide exceptional customer service and care.

Nick has a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. After graduating, he utilized his degree at businesses of various sizes before accomplishing his dream of becoming an airline pilot. During his pilot training, Nick excelled and became a leader at his flight school, running meetings, implementing new policies, and coaching newer instructors. Nick brings his entrepreneurial degree and pilot experience to provide structure and care to the organization, focusing on the client experience.

Alex has a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in STEM. After graduating, she had an exceptional teaching career for 8 years, identified for leadership opportunities and sitting on various leadership boards. Alex then moved on to a sales position and quickly became a top-performing representative responsible for training new hires. Alex was also a consultant to her company on best practices. Alex will bring her sales and education background to partner with clients, create a unique plan to meet individual needs, and pair clients with exceptional caregivers.
